Michael Stogsdill is a Board-certified Physician Assistant who works at both MVL and Buckeye Heart. Mike has an extensive background in the medical field, with 20+ years’ experience in a wide variety of healthcare settings. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in July of 2000 with a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He has previously taken care of patients in the primary care setting at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Medical Center and as a Hospitalist at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. In addition, Michael worked in Cardiology and served as the Simulation Center Manager at the Dayton Veterans Administration Hospital and has experience in Pulmonary and Critical Care.
For more than two decades, Kandy has had an established career in the nursing field, with the last 20 years specifically in clinical practice treating venous disease. Considered one of the foremost consultants in the U.S.A., her management style is defined by an attention to detail supported by a dedication to clinical excellence that has evolved throughout her career at Midwest Vein and Laser. She was instrumental in creating the original protocols used in photo rejuvenation therapies and was involved in assisting in the development of many of the vein procedures that are now considered the standard of care in treating vein disease. She has authored and co-authored several articles specifically about venous conditions and is an annual speaker at many national vein health meetings.
Kris joined the MVL team over 20 years ago after working 10 years in a hospital specializing in Cardio-thoracic Critical Care. Kris’s experience gives her the unique qualifications needed to provide our patients with the highest quality of care. She is an excellent sclerotherapist and an outstanding surgical assistant. Kris also excels in all facial cosmetic procedures.
